At Vistapak we use two processes to manufacture packaging; Thermoforming and Fabrication.

Thermoforming and fabrication are quite different procedures, however when we combine the two together we can enhance the over all design and look of the packaging.

A common example of mixing these procedures is to create an insert by thermoforming, to securely hold a product. The insert is then placed into a fabricated box and lid.

This not only supports the product more securely, but also creates a higher impact visual presentation for the product.

By combing both technologies we provide functional packaging to enhance the look of any product, so it becomes more appealing to the customer.
